Position SummaryThe Director of Purchasing is responsible for leading Crew's purchasing function as the company scales from 60 to 100 locations. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of Purchasing is responsible for efficient and effective management of vendors and contracts across the organization. The Director is Crew's lead negotiator, the architect of a consolidated and accountable vendor base, and the day-to-day leader and coach of the Purchasing team.This is a hands-on, results-driven leadership role. The Director of Purchasing will be focused on building a best-in-class Purchasing department built on tight governance, efficient processes, fully utilized systems and a lean team.
