Valid RN license to practice in PA OR licensed in the state as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech-Language Pathologist or Medical Social Worker. Minimum of 2 years' experience within the last 5 years in a MEDICARE CERTIFIED hospice agency setting required. Extensive knowledge and understanding of federal/state laws and guidelines pertaining to Hospice and Medicare.
