What You'll DoOwn operational execution of products throughout the product lifecycle, from product setup through customer deliveryManage the complete purchase order lifecycle, ensuring product specifications, costing, packaging requirements, and inventory parameters are accurately communicated and executedPartner directly with domestic and international manufacturing suppliers to support production, capacity planning, quality standards, and delivery commitmentsLead inventory planning and replenishment strategies that support customer demand and retail programsEnsure accuracy of product data, specifications, costing, and ERP recordsDevelop and lead a team responsible for product operations, purchasing, inventory planning, and supplier coordinationDrive continuous improvement across product execution, inventory management, and operational processesWhat We're Looking For7+ years of progressive experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Product Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain, or related disciplinesDemonstrated leadership experience managing and developing teams Proven experience managing products throughout their full lifecycle in a manufacturing or consumer products environmentStrong understanding of product specifications, packaging requirements, factory communication, sourcing, forecasting, inventory planning, and purchase order executionExperience working directly with domestic and overseas manufacturing partnersERP/MRP proficiency and strong analytical capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills Highly Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Product Development, Textiles, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent industry experience will be consideredTextiles, home furnishings, rugs, flooring, soft goods, apparel, or consumer products experience Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) experienceExperience managing complex product portfolios and global supplier relationshipsExperience supporting large retail customers or national account programs The Ideal CandidateYou understand that successful product execution extends far beyond purchasing and inventory management.
