Overview

The Director of People and Culture at Renalcare Associates is a pivotal role within a growing, fast-paced, physician-led office specializing in kidney disease treatment. This position will focus on leading human resource functions while fostering a positive and collaborative company culture.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead all aspects of human resource functions including recruitment, orientation, and employee relations
  • Manage benefits administration to enhance employee experience
  • Develop and maintain a positive and mission-driven company culture
  • Oversee corporate marketing and reputation management
  • Implement strategic HR initiatives

Required skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Minimum of five years of human resources experience
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and compensation and benefits strategies
  • Emotional intelligence and cultural humility
