Job DescriptionJob Description Position required to work onsite at either San Francisco, San Ramon or Sacramento Position Summary: In partnership with our Director of Rehab, and the Administrator, the Director of Patient Care Services, RN (DPCS) is responsible for managing and monitoring overall performance for all health delivery systems.Responsibilities:Supervise and oversee patient care provided by cliniciansAssist in the screening and interviewing process of new cliniciansProvide training, orientation, guidance, evaluation and counseling to clinical staff to support improvements across all aspects of home health care services providedPerform patient visits on an as needed basis.Interpret indicators to detect census changes, and increases or decreases in volume, which could impact staffing levels, revenues or expensesOversee proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state and federal lawsResponsible for the maintenance of adequate and appropriate inventory supplies and equipmentPromotes home health referrals in the health care communityRequirements:Valid RN license in the State of CaliforniaBS Degree in Nursing from an accredited program by the National League for Nursing is required.
