Overview

Ready is seeking a Director of Partner Operations to lead the strategic management and ensure operational success within key hospital partnerships. The role blends clinical knowledge with project management and account leadership to implement programs effectively in complex hospital settings.

Key responsibilities

  • Analyze performance reports and KPIs to develop actionable strategic plans
  • Serve as the operational lead for assigned hospital system partners
  • Engage with hospital leaders to integrate programs into clinical workflows
  • Identify growth opportunities by demonstrating clinical and economic ROI
  • Build and maintain relationships with hospital executives
  • Lead project lifecycle for partner implementations, ensuring timely execution
  • Coordinate internal teams to meet partner commitments and milestones
  • Oversee performance tracking and present reports to stakeholders
  • Resolve complex clinical workflow issues promptly

Required skills

  • Clinical background (RN, Paramedic, or Social Worker preferred)
  • Understanding of hospital clinical workflows and operations
  • 5+ years in strategic account management or partner operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • Expertise in leading large-scale implementation projects
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
