Overview

Tandym Health is seeking a Director of Occupational Medicine to join their health services network in Freehold, New Jersey. The role involves working Monday to Friday in an outpatient setting, focusing on physical examinations, health screenings, and evaluations related to occupational health.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-placement physical examinations and return-to-work clearances
  • Order and interpret diagnostic X-rays and laboratory results
  • Perform initial and follow-up assessments for work-related injuries
  • Administer medical surveillance and exposure treatments
  • Conduct health screenings, substance testing, and fit-for-duty evaluations
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required skills

  • Medical Degree (MD or DO) or NJ Nurse Practitioner license
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Occupational Medicine
  • Valid CDS and DEA registrations
  • DOT certification
  • MRO certification
