The successful candidate will have multifamily housing, property management, or hospitality/hotel marketing experience. In this leadership role, you'll develop and execute marketing initiatives that drive occupancy, increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support resident retention. You'll work closely with operations, leasing, revenue management, and executive leadership to create data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable results.
