Wirth Law Group, P.C. is seeking a motivated Director of Human Resources to join their growing team in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This hands-on position will involve various HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, payroll management, and compliance, aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture in a legal environment focused on client advocacy.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle payroll changes and updates for accurate and timely processing
  • Administer attendance tracking and document time-off requests
  • Coordinate benefits administration and serve as payroll contact
  • Monitor performance issues and facilitate performance improvement plans
  • Manage the recruiting process including job postings and candidate screening
  • Handle new hire onboarding for smooth integration
  • Support employees with questions about policies and benefits
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and compliance reports
  • Assist in creating and updating policies and compliance procedures
