Manage HR reporting, documentation, and HRIS records. Preferred Qualifications: Previous HR leadership experience required. Strong knowledge of employee relations, compliance, and employment law. Experience supporting manufacturing or multi-site operations preferred. Ability to communicate professionally with employees and leadership at all levels.
