Overview

The Director of Hospitality at Farm d'Allie Golf Club is tasked with delivering a consistently exceptional five-star guest experience throughout the facility. This role oversees various aspects of guest services, including cart staff, pro shop services, and food and beverage operations, while focusing on increasing participation and promoting events.

Key responsibilities

  • Own the full guest journey from arrival to departure
  • Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures for staff and services
  • Ensure the clubhouse atmosphere reflects a five-star standard
  • Handle guest feedback and promptly resolve issues
  • Lead pass holder sales, renewals, and engagement programs
  • Create and manage initiatives for new players
  • Proactively network to generate new tournament and outing leads
  • Assist in planning and executing tournaments and events
  • Oversee daily performance and cleanliness of the facility
  • Recruit, train, and coach staff on hospitality standards
  • Collaborate on promotions to increase revenue and pass holder count
  • Track and report key performance indicators
