Overview

The Director of Graduate School Admissions at Capitol Technology University will oversee the recruitment, evaluation, and enrollment processes for the Graduate School. This leadership position requires a motivated individual with strong organizational skills, focused on growing enrollment and streamlining the admissions pathway for prospective students.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute data-driven recruitment plans to increase enrollment
  • Build strategic partnerships with institutions, employers, and professional organizations
  • Oversee application evaluations and final decisions in coordination with academics
  • Train and mentor admissions team members
  • Track and analyze enrollment metrics and application trends
  • Design and supervise communication plans for prospective students
  • Support Graduate School operations as needed
  • Perform other duties as required

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • At least 5 years of experience in higher education
  • Proficiency with CRM and SIS (preferably Jenzabar and Salesforce)
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to develop successful partnerships
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

What the company offers

  • Full-time 12-month exempt position
  • Salary range of $73,000 to $83,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
