Overview

The Director of Fundraising Data and Systems at Metropolitan Ministries will oversee the integrity and management of the donor database, supporting fundraising efforts with data analysis and quality management. This role is crucial for maintaining donor relationships and ensuring compliance with data policies, thereby strengthening the organization’s mission to aid the homeless in the community.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage donor database cleanup and data quality within Virtuous CRM+.
  • Establish and enforce data entry standards and conduct regular data audits.
  • Support targeted fundraising campaigns through donor data segmentation.
  • Provide reporting and analytics for fundraising, stewardship, and compliance.
  • Identify and present data-driven insights to inform fundraising strategies.
  • Serve as lead technical support for the donor database.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to the organization's mission and values.

Required skills

  • Significant experience in data management and fundraising environments.
  • Proficient in Virtuous CRM+ database and reporting tools.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
