Mission Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for financial and management accounting, supporting decision-making within the organization.Your responsibilities:• Supervise and manage the accounting department team within a finance department of approximately 40 employees;• Be responsible for financial management, including the budgeting process, financial planning, cash management, and the production and analysis of financial statements;• Establish and maintain the necessary controls to ensure the completeness and reliability of the financial information produced;• Actively participate in optimizing accounting processes and implementing new technological tools to increase the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of financial information;• Act as an advisor to other managers to support them in decision-making and operational processes.
