Overview

The Director of Environmental Services at Village Shores is responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices within the Assisted Living Community. This leadership role focuses on fostering a culture of excellence within the maintenance team, ensuring effective execution of environmental services, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure the facility operates in compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices
  • Lead and collaborate with the maintenance team to execute environmental services efficiently
  • Foster a culture of excellence and attention to detail in all environmental service operations
  • Communicate effectively with a focus on accountability and problem-solving
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Required skills
