Position Responsibilities Lead by example on the warehouse floor, working alongside employees to ensure high levels of accuracy, productivity and safety. Direct all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations across inbound, outbound and supporting departments. Coach and develop warehouse managers who lead a team of 500+ employees through daily feedback and hands-on leadership. Drive operational excellence through accountability and continuous improvement to deliver industry-leading service and same-day shipping. Investigate operational challenges, remove barriers and implement practical, data-driven improvements that strengthen warehouse performance. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. 10+ years leading high-volume distribution operations, including direct leadership of warehouse managers and teams of 400+ people. Proven success improving productivity, quality and safety through operational leadership. Experience leading with KPIs, performance metrics and warehouse management systems (WMS).
