Overview

Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington DC is seeking a Director of Development Operations to enhance its fundraising capabilities. This leadership role involves overseeing the fundraising infrastructure and systems, ensuring strategic and data-driven processes, and managing a small team.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the fundraising infrastructure and systems.
  • Provide training and information to PPMW leadership.
  • Supervise the Database and Gift Processing Specialist and Prospect Research Manager.
  • Collaborate with the IT and Finance departments for operational compliance.
  • Develop and implement fundraising systems, including reporting mechanisms.
  • Ensure adherence to fundraising policies and IRS regulations.
  • Oversee the production of fundraising reports and analysis.
  • Support campaign development and planning.

Required skills
