This direct-hire leadership position will oversee the organization's corporate fundraising, business-development, and philanthropic partnership efforts.The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-driven leader with a successful background in corporate sales, fundraising, or business development. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing an annual corporate engagement strategy, growing corporate revenue, securing new partnerships, and strengthening relationships with existing supporters.Key Responsibilities Develop and execute an annual corporate development and engagement plan designed to grow revenue and achieve established fundraising goals.Identify, cultivate, solicit, and secure new corporate financial partners.Strengthen and expand existing corporate relationships through consistent communication, stewardship, appreciation, and engagement.Increase corporate revenue through sponsorships, employee-giving programs, matching gifts, fundraising campaigns, third-party events, and other partnership opportunities.Collaborate with the organization's grant team to identify new corporate foundation opportunities and maintain existing funding relationships.Create customized partnership opportunities that align corporate interests with the organization's mission and community impact.Build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders at multiple levels within partner organizations.Develop compelling proposals, presentations, sponsorship materials, and other corporate fundraising collateral.Partner with internal and external communications and creative resources to develop digital fundraising, social media, and corporate engagement initiatives.Work collaboratively with organizational leadership, staff, board members, and board committees to promote a culture of philanthropy and growth.Track corporate outreach, relationship activity, proposals, commitments, and revenue using donor-management or CRM systems.Monitor progress toward annual revenue and business-development goals and provide regular reporting to leadership.Represent the organization at corporate meetings, community events, presentations, and networking opportunities.Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support the organization's fundraising and growth objectives.Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.At least five years of professional experience in corporate sales, fundraising, business development, or a related field.At least three years of director-level or comparable leadership experience, including strategy development, team leadership, or staff supervision.Demonstrated success developing and executing sales, fundraising, or business-development plans.Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and partnership-development goals.Successful track record of securing new corporate accounts, gifts, sponsorships, or partnerships.Experience retaining and expanding existing corporate relationships.Strong follow-up skills and the ability to build relationships with individuals at multiple levels of an organization.Confidence presenting proposals, making the ask, negotiating partnership terms, and closing financial commitments.Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong presentation skills in both one-on-one and group settings.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Experience using CRM, sales-management, or donor-management systems.Familiarity with social media and digital engagement channels.Strategic, organized, collaborative, and results-oriented approach.Entrepreneurial mindset with a
