Overview

Choctaw Global is seeking a Director of Business Development - Federal Health to lead strategic growth across its portfolio of tribally owned companies. This senior leadership role involves driving pipeline development and revenue growth within the Federal Health market, focusing on building relationships with federal agencies and executing business development strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and execute business development strategy across Federal Health agencies
  • Identify and prioritize new opportunities in the Federal Health market
  • Develop win strategies and competitive positioning for capture efforts
  • Build and maintain relationships with federal program officials and contracting officers
  • Lead proposal strategy and maintain a qualified pipeline
  • Partner with operations and technical teams for mission-aligned solutions
  • Support and potentially supervise business development personnel

Required skills

  • Business development and capture management experience within Federal Health
  • Strong understanding of federal procurement processes
  • Ability to build relationships with federal stakeholders
  • Analytical and strategic reasoning skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Ten years of federal business development experience
  • Proven track record of securing federal contract awards
  • Experience with FAR/DFARS, GWACs, IDIQs, and task order competitions
  • Experience supporting SBA 8(a) or tribally owned businesses
