Tandym Health is seeking a licensed Physician for the role of Director of Adult Psychiatry in their Brooklyn office. This role involves leading the adult ambulatory psychiatry division and ensuring both clinical quality and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

  • Providing clinical oversight and ensuring high standards of care
  • Establishing and monitoring clinical quality metrics
  • Leading initiatives to improve care delivery models
  • Ensuring management of high-risk populations
  • Overseeing daily operations and optimizing workflows
  • Performing other duties, as needed

Required skills

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
