Overview

The Director of Admissions at Swedish Institute - College of Health Sciences is a strategic leader responsible for driving enrollment growth and leading a high-performing admissions team. This role involves overseeing the entire student recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a supportive and student-centered experience, while helping students prepare for careers in healthcare.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute admissions strategies to meet enrollment goals.
  • Monitor and optimize the admissions funnel to improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify gaps and implement solutions.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the admissions team.

Required skills
