Overview

The Director of Account Management at Southern Scripts is a key position responsible for overseeing all client accounts and leading the account management team. This role demands strong business management skills, fostering client relationships, and driving both organic and new business growth while ensuring client satisfaction across various services.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee and mentor the account management team
  • Maintain strategic relationships with clients
  • Develop and manage talent within the team
  • Set departmental goals measured by key performance indicators (KPI's)
  • Create policies and procedures for the Account Management team
  • Identify and implement strategic initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with SOC Audit Guidelines and HIPAA regulations
  • Manage department policies related to PTO, compensation, and performance
