Job Description

Overview

The Director of Clinical Services at U.S. Renal Care is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing high-quality care across multiple facilities. This leadership position focuses on ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards while working closely with Clinical Specialists and facility management to improve clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee guidance and support for facility teams by Clinical Specialists.
  • Assist with the opening of new facilities and transitioning acquired ones.
  • Evaluate clinical data trends to improve outcomes and reduce readmissions.
  • Develop and monitor quality care processes for regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
  • Provide training and development programs for Clinical Specialists.
  • Maintain collaboration with Facility Administrators and regional management.
  • Act as a liaison with Medical Directors and physicians to enhance patient care.
  • Ensure effective communication regarding clinic status and needs.

Required skills

  • Current RN or LVN/LPN license
  • 2 to 5 years of clinical/dialysis management experience
  • Experience in adult education and training
  • Knowledge of dialysis industry standards and ESRD regulations
  • CNN or CHN certification within two years
  • CPR certification within 90 days of hire
  • Excellent leadership and team building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and USRC clinical applications
