Overview

Olymel is seeking a Director of Human Resources and Disability Management to enhance operational efficiency and quality within a dynamic workplace. This role involves overseeing workplace injury and disability management activities and implementing strategies to optimize claims processes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise workplace injury and disability management activities.
  • Optimize claims processes for operational efficiency.
  • Reduce claim-related costs while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for safe and rapid returns to work.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives and awareness programs for absence management.

Required skills

  • University degree in administration, human resources, law, or related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in claims management with leadership experience.
  • Mastery of provincial programs (CNESST, WSIB, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of the Retrospective Plan.
  • Strategic management abilities and proficiency in computer tools.
  • Bilingual communication.
