Overview

The National Account Manager (Coffee Services) at Keurig Dr Pepper is responsible for managing client relationships within a defined portfolio of key accounts. This role entails ensuring customer satisfaction and program execution, while identifying growth opportunities and monitoring the return on investment for Keurig.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify key decision makers in existing accounts
  • Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand program objectives for each client
  • Generate and analyze pricing, sales, and consumption reports
  • Analyze account financial health to protect company interests
  • Conduct regular business reviews with key decision makers
  • Manage pricing aspects including new pricing structures and billing arrangements
  • Identify pricing inconsistencies and work towards mutually beneficial agreements
  • Consult with Sales Managers and Customer Service teams for customer satisfaction
  • Encourage regional awareness among Sales and Customer Service teams

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce or relevant field
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in managing national accounts
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build and grow relationships
  • Strong analytical skills and financial understanding
  • Well-developed business acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to travel within assigned region
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken)
