Olymel is seeking a Directeur prévisions financières to join their dynamic team in Boucherville, Quebec. This role focuses on leading financial forecasting processes and managing budgets to enhance operational efficiency and quality. Candidates should thrive in an active work environment and possess strong collaboration skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the short and long-term financial forecasting process across various sectors
  • Supervise and coordinate the annual budgeting process
  • Oversee variance analysis between forecasts, budgets, and actual results
  • Prepare analyses and presentations for management
  • Coordinate the establishment of KPIs and key management reports
  • Supervise insurance dossier management including renewals and risk analyses
  • Manage the team under your direction
  • Participate in special projects

Required skills

  • University degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field
  • CPA or FCA title
  • Minimum 10 years experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI
