Sevita is seeking a Direct Support Program Supervisor in San Angelo, Texas, to oversee community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This mission-driven role involves implementing Individual Service Plans (ISP), supervising a team of caregivers, and providing direct assistance to individuals in daily activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP)
  • Supervise a team of caregivers
