Overview

Sevita is looking for a Direct Support Program Supervisor to oversee program operations and provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This full-time role involves supervising a team of Direct Support Professionals and ensuring the delivery of high-quality person-centered services.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise Direct Support Professionals and oversee daily program operations
  • Deliver direct support to individuals on a scheduled basis
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individual program plans
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation
  • Monitor health and wellness of individuals served and coordinate health care appointments
  • Recruit, train, and evaluate team members
  • Manage financial aspects related to individuals served and program operations
  • Facilitate communication and maintain relations with stakeholders
