Overview

Sevita is looking for a Direct Support Program Supervisor in Williamstown, West Virginia to lead a team providing community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role is essential for implementing Individual Service Plans and supervising caregivers while providing direct support to individuals in their daily activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP)
  • Supervise a team of Caregivers
  • Conduct staff hiring and training
  • Manage scheduling and administrative duties
  • Provide direct support including assistance with daily activities and personal care
  • Accompany individuals on community outings and provide transportation

Required skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One year related work experience
  • Current driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
