Description: Program: Supported Employment TeamLocation(s): Openings in Fridley, Maple Grove, and Stillwater MNSchedule: Monday-Friday, hours vary between 7am - 5pmWage: $18.91-$19.96 per hour based on experience and qualificationsReports to: Program Supervisor/ Program ManagerAbout RiseJoin our Direct Support Professional (DSP) team supporting adults with disabilities in our Supported Employment Team Program. In this role, you will support individuals with disabilities in developing the skills needed to succeed in community-based employment. You'll provide hands-on training, promote independence, and help individuals achieve their personal and professional goals. This role requires strong communication, adaptability, and a commitment to person-centered practices.This position may be filled at the Direct Support Professional Level I, Level II or Level III, depending on qualifications, experience, and program needs.ResponsibilitiesAs a Direct Support Professional, you will work directly with adults with disabilities to support their goals in both community and program settings. Your day may include:Training and assisting person served to perform tasks efficiently.Ensure quality and production levels are met.Track and record person served individual work production.Provide support services to four to eight people.Implement goals based on the individual's ability to carry out the training objectives.Regularly communicate with team members.Supervise persons served while working and during break times.Provides transportation services as needed.
