Overview

Sevita is seeking a Direct Support Professional Float in Duluth, Minnesota, to provide community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves creating meaningful relationships, supporting participants with personal hygiene and developmental goals, and fostering community involvement.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with personal hygiene
  • Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals served
  • Help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
  • Work and train in multiple houses within specified hours
