What You'll Do Provide hands-on support with personal care, meals, mobility, and daily living activities.Teach and encourage independence and life skills.Coach, mentor, and advocate for the individuals we support.Create a safe, positive, and welcoming home environment.Transport individuals to appointments, community activities, and outings.Document progress and work closely with a supportive team.
