Overview

Sevita seeks a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Baxter, Minnesota, to provide community-based services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves fostering meaningful relationships, encouraging personal growth, and supporting individuals in achieving their developmental goals while working collaboratively in a mission-driven team environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with their personal hygiene and daily activities
  • Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Help participants engage in community activities and enjoy their favorite pastimes
  • Develop meaningful relationships with individuals served
  • Take initiative and prioritize the wellbeing of participants
