We're looking for a Direct Support Manager to join our team! This position's primary focus is to coordinate and direct operations of our Residential and/or Day Services Program. This includes scheduling of staff, implementing program plans, and coordinating appointments and activities for the individuals served. Minimum of three years of related work experience, with one year of supervisory or management experience. Previous experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred. May require CPR and First Aid certification. Certifications & Licenses: Certification in CPR and First Aid required. State of Connecticut- DDS Medication Certification Card or the ability to obtain State of Connecticut- Valid driver's license, vehicle registration and current vehicle insurance declaration MANDT certification may be required for certain states
