Overview

As a Direct Sales Representative at Badger Daylighting, you will manage a territory focused on both established customers and new prospects in the field. Key responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into new revenue streams
  • Strengthen and grow existing customer relationships in your territory
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts
  • Deliver presentations that highlight Badger's value
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends
  • Collaborate with local branches on sales strategies
  • Track and manage opportunities in CRM

Required skills

  • 3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Industry knowledge in construction, utilities, mining, or environmental services
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Confidence in presenting and negotiating deals
  • Strong planning, time management, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
