Overview

ICON Medical Network is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner for a direct hire position at a corrections facility near York, Pennsylvania. This full-time role involves collaborating with the medical director to conduct health screenings and develop individualized treatment plans for inmates.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the medical director
  • Conduct health screenings for corrections inmates
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Perform some psychiatric work as needed

Required skills

  • Experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in a corrections setting
  • FNP or Adult Medicine background
  • Strong understanding of screening practices and medical intake processes
  • Experience with Centricity or other EMR systems
  • Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania NP Licensure
  • Master of Science from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
