ICON Medical Network is seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner for a direct hire opportunity at a corrections facility near York, Pennsylvania. This full-time role involves conducting health screenings for inmates and developing individualized treatment plans in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the medical director
  • Conduct health screenings for corrections inmates
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Manage some psychiatric work when needed

Required skills

  • Experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably in corrections
  • FNP or Adult Medicine background
  • Strong understanding of general screening practices and medical intake processes
  • Experience with Centricity or other EMR systems
  • Current, unrestricted Pennsylvania NP Licensure
  • Master of Science from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
