Overview

New Horizon Foods is looking for a Dining Services Director in the Minneapolis area who will lead the dining department with a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills. The role involves extensive culinary experience and team leadership to ensure exceptional dining experiences for residents and guests.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop menus within provided guidelines
  • Order and maintain inventory
  • Hire and develop team members
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Ensure attractive food presentation
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and dining areas
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other management and client
