New Horizon Foods is looking for a Dining Services Director to lead the dining department at Elmbrook Village in Bozrah, Connecticut. The role demands a strong leader with extensive culinary experience, a positive attitude, and excellent customer service skills. The Dining Services Director will guide the team towards meeting departmental goals while providing top-notch dining experiences for residents and guests.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop menus within provided guidelines
  • Order and maintain inventory
  • Hire and develop team members
  • Assist with meal preparation and serving
  • Ensure attractive presentation of food
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and dining areas
  • Follow safety and sanitation procedures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with other management and clients

Required skills
