The Digital Printing Technician at Versa Designed Surfaces plays a crucial role in creating and manipulating digital files for production on wide-format printing equipment. This hands-on position requires attention to detail, quality control, and effective multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Digitally manipulate files using Adobe Photoshop for color correction and print preparation
  • Produce digital files on wide-format printing equipment
  • Communicate effectively with Designers and Supervisors
  • Create or update project folders and attach relevant samples
  • Follow operational, safety, and quality control procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for color correction and retouching
  • Experience in a graphic design or printing environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable with physical demands of the job including lifting up to 50 lbs
