Overview

Versa Designed Surfaces is seeking a Digital Printing Technician in New Albany, Indiana. The role involves creating and manipulating digital files for wide-format printing while maintaining high attention to detail and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and perform all duties associated with digital file creation and manipulation
  • Digitally manipulate files in Adobe Photoshop for color correction and digital printing
  • Produce digital files on wide-format printing equipment efficiently
  • Communicate and take direction from Designers and Supervisors
  • Create or update project folders with relevant samples and information
  • Follow operational, safety, and quality control procedures
  • Maintain a clean and uncluttered workspace

Required skills

  • Color-Correction and Retouching experience using Adobe Photoshop
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Interior Design, or related field
  • 1+ year experience in a graphic or printing environment
  • Ability to multitask and handle stress under pressure
