Koozie Group is seeking a Digital Press Operator to join their team in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota. The role involves operating and maintaining printing presses to produce high-quality promotional products while adhering to safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates will exhibit strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to teamwork in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Operate single or multi-color printing presses
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Inspect parts and materials for quality
  • Read and follow Manufacturing Order instructions
  • Accurately report daily production and scrap
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Participate in process improvements and teamwork activities
  • Troubleshoot basic manufacturing issues

Required skills

  • Experience in manufacturing and production
  • Knowledge of lithography and digital printing processes
  • Ability to operate printing presses and digital print equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to lift up to 45-pound boxes
  • Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
