Shifts Available: 3rd Shift, Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6am (training on 1st shift) 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 2pm-10pm (training on 1st shift) Daily Responsibilities: Proper set-up, operation, quality, and changeover of the die cutter operations Inspecting labels to ensure they are free of errors and defects Participating in continuous improvement teams and Lean methodologies Working safely and promoting established safety policies Performing preventive maintenance on assigned Finishing equipment Required Skills: Effective time management on multiple projects Willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes and technologies Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills High levels of customer service Ability to communicate clearly and effectively Salary and Benefits: Compensation is based on skills and experience, with a minimum hourly wage of $17 and a maximum of $20.
