Now Hiring: Digital Die Cutter Operator - 3rd Shift Location: Green Bay, WIMake sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.Pay: 18-20/hour DOE Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 10:00 PM - 6:00 AMPosition OverviewWe're looking for a detail-oriented Digital Die Cutter Operator to join a growing production team on 3rd shift. In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating digital die cutting equipment to produce high-quality finished products with precision and accuracy. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable using technology, and takes pride in producing quality work.Previous print industry experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with manufacturing or machine operating experience who are eager to learn are encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate digital die cutting equipment according to production specificationsMonitor machine performance to ensure clean, accurate cuts and defect-free productsInspect finished materials to verify quality standards are metRead and interpret work orders and production instructionsUse a computer or tablet to access job information and machine settingsMake machine adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiencyPerform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipmentMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety and quality proceduresQualificationsPrevious machine operating experience preferredPrint or converting experience is a plus, but not requiredComfortable using a computer or tablet in a manufacturing environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in EnglishAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliable attendance and a strong work ethicABR Employment Services is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
