Smyth Companies is seeking a Digital Die Cutter to join the Finishing team in Green Bay, Wisconsin. This role is essential for ensuring the quality and precision of our high-impact decorative labels, contributing to an exceptional customer experience in the packaging industry.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, monitor quality, and manage changeover of die cutter operations
  • Inspect labels for errors and defects
  • Participate in continuous improvement teams and Lean methodologies
  • Promote and adhere to safety policies
  • Perform preventive maintenance on Finishing equipment
