Overview

The Digital Banking Specialist at Partners Bank plays a crucial role in providing customer service and support for digital banking products. This position involves addressing inquiries related to online banking, mobile deposits, and card services while ensuring compliance and maintaining efficient departmental workflows.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide customer support for online banking inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Monitor online banking transactions for fraud and suspicious activity
  • Conduct regular maintenance and monitoring tasks for digital banking products
  • Assist with eStatement and Bill Pay enrollment and troubleshooting
  • Oversee the online new account process ensuring compliance
  • Manage card inventory and assist with lost card tracking
  • Handle card disputes and manage card compromise events
  • Assist in the implementation of new digital banking products and training others
  • Work with the Accounting Department to reconcile internal GL accounts
  • Support Customer Service and Cash Management departments as needed

Required skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in a financial institution
  • Familiarity with digital banking operations and procedures
  • Experience supporting customers with digital banking issues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
