Overview

The Digital Banking Specialist at Park State Bank is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and daily operations of the bank's consumer digital banking platform, including the Banno Digital Platform. This role supports employees and customers with digital banking services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience across online and mobile channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for consumer digital banking products and services.
  • Provide support to employees and customers for digital banking needs.
  • Resolve digital banking issues and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Support digital banking adoption and customer education.
  • Perform operational functions within Banno and related systems.
  • Monitor digital banking reports and conduct routine maintenance.
  • Assist with testing, implementation, and rollout of updates.
  • Maintain procedures and documentation for digital banking processes.
  • Develop training materials and support staff on digital banking products.
  • Identify operational issues and recommend improvements.
  • Comply with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required skills

  • 2 years experience with digital banking platforms, preferably Banno.
  • Familiarity with core banking systems, preferably Jack Henry SilverLake.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of banking regulations and operational controls.
  • Knowledge of fraud detection tools and software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
