The Digital Banking Specialist at Park State Bank plays a crucial role in supporting the bank's consumer digital banking platform, including Banno Digital Platform. Responsibilities include providing support for digital banking services, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across mobile and online channels. The Specialist collaborates with various teams to enhance user adoption and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter resource for consumer digital banking products and services.
  • Provide support to employees and customers with digital banking needs.
  • Resolve digital banking issues promptly and escalate system concerns as necessary.
  • Perform daily operational functions within Banno and related systems.
  • Monitor digital banking reports and conduct routine system maintenance.
  • Support testing and rollout of digital banking updates and enhancements.
  • Maintain documentation for digital banking procedures and training materials.
  • Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Gather feedback to support product and service enhancements.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Required skills

  • 2+ years experience with digital banking platforms, preferably Banno
  • Familiarity with core banking systems, preferably Jack Henry SilverLake
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of fraud detection tools and software
  • Understanding of banking regulations and operational controls
