Overview

The Digital Banking Specialist at Park State Bank is responsible for supporting the administration and daily operations of the bank's consumer digital banking platform, including the Banno Digital Platform. This role focuses on providing exceptional service to both employees and customers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth digital banking experience across online and mobile channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter resource for consumer digital banking products and services.
  • Provide support for digital banking needs, including login assistance and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve digital banking issues and escalate concerns as appropriate.
  • Monitor digital banking reports and perform routine system maintenance.
  • Support integrations between SilverLake and Banno.
  • Maintain digital banking procedures and assist with training materials development.
  • Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Comply with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required skills

  • 2+ years of experience with digital banking platforms, preferably Banno.
  • Familiarity with core banking systems, preferably Jack Henry SilverLake.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant fraud detection tools and banking regulations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
