Overview

The Digital Banking Specialist at Park State Bank plays a crucial role in supporting and maintaining the bank's consumer digital banking platform. This position involves providing assistance to employees and customers, troubleshooting digital banking issues, and ensuring an efficient customer experience across various online and mobile channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for digital banking products and services.
  • Provide support to employees and customers for login, troubleshooting, and navigation.
  • Resolve digital banking issues and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Perform daily operational functions, including user maintenance and reporting.
  • Monitor digital banking reports and support system maintenance.
  • Assist with testing, implementation, and rollout of digital banking updates.
  • Maintain internal documentation and develop training materials.
  • Identify operational issues and recommend process improvements.
  • Maintain compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Required skills

  • 2+ years experience with digital banking platforms, preferably Banno Digital Platform.
  • Familiarity with core banking systems, preferably Jack Henry SilverLake.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and fraud detection tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
